Award winning actor Sir Anthony Hopkins sold out his first NFT collection “The Eternal Collection” in less than ten minutes.
1000 original works of cinematic art that were inspired by various performances throughout the actor’s extensive career are included in the collection — created in conjunction with NFT and Web3-specialised design agency Orange Comet Inc.
The body of work portrays a vision of the broad character archetypes Sir Anthony Hopkins has played over the course of his film career, pulling its tremendous power from his dazzling body of art”, based on the collection’s description on OpenSea.
With titles like “The Jester,” “The Lover,” “The Ruler,” “The Rebel,” “The Giver,” and “The Eternal,” each of the images and animations is an embodiment of the different roles the Hollywood actor has played over his career.
Orange Comet Inc stated that the collection’s sellout was the quickest in OpenSea’s history, although the claim has yet to be confirmed.
