Craig Wright who claimed he was the inventor of Bitcoin AKA Satoshi Nakamoto, warned that BTC and BCH must stop using Bitcoin database otherwise he will file lawsuits. From his recent blog post, he said he will fight for his innovation and intend to reclaim what is rightfully his.
Wright reasoned that the right of Bitcoin system database is protected under Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA) Databases Regulations 1997; thus, this should be his personal property. Furthermore, he said he will not give up and forfeit his claim without a fight.
From 2018, Craig Wright went against a case of Dave Kleiman, his late former business partner, in the courtroom. The case began after Kleiman’s demise in 2013. Wright embezzled over one million bitcoins they together mined in the early days along with other intellectual properties.
Previously Wright failed to present the “Bonded Courier” which he claimed has the key to the disputed locked up fund, to the US judge and the new trail of Kleiman’s case was postponed to 17th April this year.
